FAQ

Clear answers about Ping

Setup, ordering, billing, and privacy in one place.

What is Ping?

Ping is office service request software. Employees and guests request hospitality or facilities help through a room QR code, a company link, or configured WhatsApp access, and the service team handles requests on a live board.

Do employees need an account or app?

No. The public ordering flow works in a normal phone browser without an employee account or installed app.

What happens during setup?

A company administrator adds floors, rooms, service catalog items, and service-team members, then prints a QR poster for each room and tests the complete request flow.

How much does Ping cost?

Ping offers a no-card free trial followed by a company subscription. The current trial duration and monthly and annual prices are loaded directly from Ping’s published billing offer.

Is pricing based on seats?

No. Ping uses one company subscription rather than seats, tiers, or usage billing. The product supports unlimited rooms, team members, catalog items, and requests under the current commercial model.

Can guests use a room QR code?

Yes. Anyone with access to the room QR code or company link can use the public request flow, subject to the company being active and allowed to receive new requests.

Does Ping support Arabic?

Yes. Ping is Arabic-first with right-to-left support and also provides English. Marketing and ordering pages have dedicated language experiences.

Can requests come through WhatsApp?

Yes when the company’s WhatsApp integration is configured. A join code, link, or poster connects the user to the intended company and routes requests into Ping.

What happens if a subscription expires?

Ping blocks creation of new requests after trial, paid-period, or grace access ends. Administrators and the service team can still access the workspace and complete existing requests.

Is company data separated?

Yes. Each company has its own tenant-scoped rooms, catalog, users, and requests. Public ordering links do not grant access to administration data.
