QR requests

Make the room itself the starting point for service

A room-specific QR code removes the need to type a location, find a phone number, download an app, or explain where the request should be delivered.

What the QR code contains

Each code opens a public Ping URL for one company and room. The room identity is resolved by the server, and the employee sees only services available for that location.

The QR code contains no login credentials or private administration data. Request creation is still validated by the backend before it is saved.

A practical rollout

Name rooms consistently, keep codes readable, print the generated poster, and place it where employees naturally look when they need service. Test each poster with normal mobile data and office Wi-Fi before broad rollout.

  • Use stable room names and codes
  • Print with adequate contrast and quiet space
  • Test the exact production URL
  • Replace posters if a room code changes

QR plus a company link

QR codes are ideal when the room is known. The company-wide page supports people who open a saved link and choose their room. Both entry points feed the same service catalog and live team board.
